OPP have released the new MBTI® Team Report on OPPassessment, the online psychometrics platform, in a variety of languages.
The Team Report is a unique, dynamic resource for qualified practitioners running teambuilding sessions, bringing type information from each team member into a concrete plan of action for the team as a whole. It calculates the team’s overall MBTI type based on the individual types of team members, and produces a Team Report for each person, with a detailed description of how their individual type works within the team.
The MBTI Team Report includes the following within each individual's team report:
- The team's personality type
- The team's strengths
- The team's potential blind spots
- The individual contributions to the team
- The potential blind spots
- A comparison between the individual problem-solving style and that of the team
- A comparison between the individual communication style and that of the team
- A comparison between the individual conflict style and that of the team
- Similarity/diversity amongst the styles within the team
- Organisational influences on the team
- Worksheets for team and individual action plans
The Team Report is available in English, Danish, Dutch, French, German and Swedish.
