The OPP Competency Model incorporates 20 competencies, from which you can choose those that most closely describe any role. The model is easy to map to other models, uses ‘pure’ behavioural definitions and is written in business language. The mapping of the 16PF factors to competencies is based on empirical evidence, as well as our many years of experience. OPP can also help you determine the capabilities your organisation requires and construct a supporting competency framework, linking it to the 16PF scales. Reports can then be designed that are tailored to your specific needs.
