This report is based on research conducted globally, with the support of CPP in the Americas, on 5,000 full-time employees in nine countries around Europe & the Americas: Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States.
CIPD research: the employer perspective
CIPD (The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) also carried out a study to complement OPP's. This provides analysis from 600 organisations in the UK to offer the HR/ employer's perspective. The majority of respondents were HR professionals and practitioners.
